Feabie & Frankie

Phoebe, left, was adopted by our ProGroomer, Allie. Timid Phoebe has learned to be more confident in her new family. During the pandemic Frankie, the charismatic, outgoing Corgi, born on a local farm near Allie’s family farm in Pennsylvania, was added to the pack. Frankie frequents our Madison location as our shop-dog-in-training.

Braith

Meet Braith our outrageously social, charismatic, energetic Bengal. His name means “speckled” in Welch. He is the heart of our Lakeview Store. Braith is an A-list showman and loves attention and the camera.

Ralph

Ralph was adopted after her owner, who worked at the former CVES ER, when it was located on Clybourn, passed away suddenly. Ralph is a Maximilian pionus and was gender reassigned once we found out that “he” was a “she”.

Tessa

Tessa is a former working service dog for the blind, raised and trained at the Leader For the Blind, Tessa helped the owner’s mother lead a very active life before passing away of cancer. Her last wishes were for Tessa to be with grandchildren that loved her and, at the time, her best friend Talos.

Stella & Arya

Stella and Arya, are our Maine Coon Cat foster fails. Both were in the same cattery that was dissolved with all remaining breeding stock to be placed in shelters. The original adopted mom was highly allergic. It was love at first foster.

Angus

Born on a farm in Panama from a mother with cancer who survived but rejected the puppies, Angus was hand reared from a few days old. He migrated to America when his dad completed a culinary internship at Kalu Yala.
